Empire’s shipping Method
The shipping cost (excluding GST) would be according to zones:
- Free delivery islandwide in Singapore
Schedule Delivery
- Customers should note that orders can only be shipped between Monday to Friday.
- The product ordered will be delivered to an address of your choice by Empire’s shipping partner.
Delivery Process and lead time
- Delivery will take up to 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.
- Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM and over the weekend will be processed on Monday and will be delivered out on Tuesday by our dedicated courier service, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery is not available for addresses with P.O. Boxes.

Multiple address delivery
- We are currently only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you’d like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.
